- Refold periodically to avoid permanent creases along the same folds.
- Keep away from moisture, perfumes and direct sunlight during storage.

In traditional Kanjivaram weaving, the body, border and pallu may involve specialised joining and interlocking techniques. These characteristics reflect the craftsmanship of a genuinely handwoven saree.
- Free shipping within India on orders above ₹10,000. For orders below ₹10,000, shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on volumetric weight and destination.
- For international customers, VAT, Import Duties and Local Taxes, if applicable, are borne by the customer and payable to our courier partner upon delivery.
- No returns, refunds, exchanges or cancellations will be accepted once an order is placed.
- In the unlikely event that the product is received damaged, the damage must be reported to us within 48 hours of delivery. A continuous, unedited video recording of the parcel unboxing, starting before the package is opened and continuing until the product is fully removed with the damage clearly visible, is mandatory for all damage claims.
- Damage claims made after 48 hours or without a valid unboxing video cannot be accepted. An exchange will be considered only after verification of the damage.
